On March 31, I will hike to the summit of Oyster Dome for the Northwest Cancer Climb, an event to raise money for tackling inequalities in cancer care. I am dedicating my climb to my Grandpa, who died of Leukemia many years ago.
Northwest Cancer Climb events are recurring hiking events in the Pacific Northwest. Funds raised go toward local patient advocacy, and the Binaytara Foundation’s cancer center in southeast Nepal.
