Partnering Opportunities

The Binaytara Foundation loves to partner with local businesses, nonprofits, and individuals. Together, we can work toward making cancer care more accessible to all.

If your organization is up for the challenge, we invite you to be our supporting partner at the Northwest Cancer Climb. We have varying levels of sponsorship that range from a $375 donation to more than $2500. Each level of sponsorship comes with its own benefits and advertisements! 

Supporting organizations that raise $2,500 and more are our Platinum Supporters will receive the following benefits:

• One exhibit table at the event site (trailhead)+
• Sponsor logo on banner at the event
• Sponsor logo on a T-shirt given to hikers
• Sponsor logo with a backlink on the hike page
• Sponsorship acknowledgment on social media
• Sponsor logo on email blasts to participants
• Registration for 25 hikers

Supporting organizations that raise $1,500 to $2,499 are our Gold Supporters will receive the following benefits:

• Sponsor logo on banner at the event
• Sponsor logo on a T-shirt given to hikers
• Sponsor logo with a backlink on the hike page
• Sponsorship acknowledgment on social media
• Sponsor logo on email blasts to participants
• Registration for 20 hikers

Supporting organizations that raise $1,000 to $1,499 are our Silver Supporters will receive the following benefits:

• Sponsor logo on banner at the event
• Sponsor logo on a T-shirt given to hikers
• Sponsor logo with a backlink on the hike page
• Sponsorship acknowledgment on social media
• Registration for 15 hikers

Supporting organizations that raise $500 to $999 are our Bronze Supporters will receive the following benefits:

• Sponsor logo on banner at the event
• Sponsor logo on a T-shirt given to hikers
• Sponsor acknowledgment on the event website
• Sponsorship acknowledgment on social media
• Registration for 10 hikers

Supporting organizations that raise $375 to $499 are our Super Supporters will receive the following benefits:

Where Does Your Money Go?

Your money will help go towards an amazing initiative that is currently underway at the Binaytara Foundation! 

Women’s Cancer Center in Nepal: 

This Cancer Center is located in our Cancer Hospital in Janakpur, Nepal. This hospital is the only cancer center in the region and serves roughly 15 million people throughout Nepal and India! Women’s cancers such as breast cancer and cervical cancer, kill thousands of women in the region every year. There is very little screening or preventative measures to help save these women’s lives. However, with your help we are able to build a women’s cancer center which will house mammography equipment, cervical cancer screenings, treatment, and more. You will help us literally save thousands of lives by supporting this initiative! 

How Do I Register for Sponsorship?

First off thank you so much for your support! Secondly, once you have decided what level of sponsorship you would like you may donate any amount (inside of the corresponding scale) directly on our website.  

1. Go to our cancer climb website homepage: https://cancerclimb.binayfoundation.org/
2. Click on “Donate” in the main menu. 
3. Donate the desired amount, and leave a comment saying the level of sponsorship you are claiming, and anything else you’d like us to know. 
4. Please email your desired logo/materials to be printed for the different sponsorship materials you qualify for to [email protected]. *Submit by August 1, 2021 
5. You will be allotted a specific number of free hiking slots with your sponsorships, if you need more please register them on the site as you normally would.  For those slots you are planning to use please email us with the size T-Shirts you’d like!
